Up to £38,000 per annum (DOE)
Predominately Monday to Friday role, however, flexibility will be required at weekends for business needs.
Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle - mileage will be paid.

More about the role: As the Group Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the following areas: Development, innovation, and approval of menus. Ensuring food quality standards are consistently achieved across all food service operations. Leadership of a health & safety culture across all food service operations. Leading the catering operations to ensure all food production, labour & GP targets are achieved across the contract. Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract performance as a key member of the contract leadership team. Implementing portion control and waste management practices to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
About You: Expert culinary skills. Experience in a Head or Exec chef role in a contract catering/workplace feeding environment. Experience in high volume feeding. Influential leadership skills, able to inspire others. Business management within a kitchen environment.
