Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a growing International Services business, based in Basingstoke, in their search for a Group Finance Manager on a 3–6 month contract basis.
Rate – GBP(Apply online only) per day (inside IR35) Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office
Key Responsibilities include: Produce the consolidated month end reporting and analysis. Produce statutory accounts for 4 UK holding and 1 UK trading companies and ensure auditor sign off within group deadlines. Oversee accounting for two companies in the Nordic Region (monthly reporting, statutory accounts and regular transactions). Ensure monthly timetable is adhered to and deadlines are achieved. Identify and implement improvements to existing reporting processes. Assess group accounting for specific transactions and ensure compliance with IFRS. Review of entity results to ensure good understanding of movements. Upload and review of results for newly acquired business and calculation of associated acquisition accounting entries. Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications: ACA/ACCA Qualified Strong IFRS Knowledge Experience of Group Accounting and Consolidations Good Excel and Analytical skills All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
