The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance. Client Details Our client is a well-established business services organisation with a global presence. Boasting a team of over 10,000 employees, the company is renowned for its commitment to innovation and excellence in the Accounting & Finance industry. Description Leading the finance department and providing strategic financial guidance. Overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. Ensuring all financial reports are accurate and timely. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures. Assisting in the preparation of the company's budget and financial planning. Providing financial analysis and strategic advice to the senior management team. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals. Profile A successful Group Finance Manager should have: A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Job Offer An annual salary range of £60,000- £65,000, commensurate with experience. A supportive and inclusive working environment. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
