As part of their growth, they’re looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join their Sheffield-based team.

Your Responsibilities
As Group Finance Manager, you’ll work alongside the CFO, Assistant Finance Manager and international finance teams to:
Financial Oversight:
Manage general ledgers, fixed asset registers, and inventory accounts across global entities. Audits & Reporting:
Support annual audits and prepare quarterly management accounts. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure timely submissions to Companies House and manage VAT and corporate tax filings. Payroll Administration:
Oversee monthly payroll, year-end processing, and P60 issuance. Cashflow Management:
Prepare and consolidate cashflow forecasts, and lead cashflow review meetings. Banking & Payments:
Manage bank accounts, liquidity, and foreign currency requirements. Grant Management:
Assist in grant applications and payment requests. Strategic Initiatives:
Support procurement planning and other high-impact projects.
About You
We’re seeking a talented individual who is: Experienced with 6+ years in a relevant finance role (part-qualified candidates will also be considered). A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills. Collaborative and thrives in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
