This role has been created to support the firm’s continued growth and will be a part of a high-performing group finance team. This represents a truly unique opportunity to join a hugely successful business at a key point in its growth trajectory, with a demonstrable track record of developing staff and offering development opportunities, making this an ideal platform for a newly / recently qualified accountant from a mid-tier / big 4 firm to launch their career in industry. Responsibilities:

Preparing parent entity management accounts Consolidating the group reporting Liaising with key internal stakeholders (Financial Controllers / Finance Directors) in each of the business units to gain consistent financial information Liaising with key external stakeholders (lenders / auditors) Cash flow forecasting, daily cash and working capital management Monitoring capex spend vs budget Timely submission of quarterly VAT returns Reconciling intercompany balances across the group Maintaining and enhancing the suite of financial and commercial reports in Power BI Supporting the wider business as it migrates to a new ERP system Assisting with the preparation of the monthly group board pack Assisting with the consolidation of group budgets and forecasts Supporting the integration of new businesses into the group Reviewing period-end balance sheet reconciliations Managing foreign currency requirements within the group For an initial confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please contact Harry Young at Rutherford Cross on 07494 280 500 /
