The organisation maintains a strong presence in the market, delivering exceptional service to their clientele across multiple continents. Job Description Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit. Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements. Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Work closely with team members to assist with and improve the month, quarter, and year-end close process. Perform ad hoc projects related to financial analysis, data collection, and system enhancements. The Successful Applicant A successful applicant should have: An ACA/ACCA qualification Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software.
