Group Financial Controller – PE backed – Tech – London
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 - Plus bonus and excellent benefits including hybrid working
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing PE backed tech company who are looking for a fully qualified Group Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day financial operations; management and statutory reporting.
- Management and development of the teams.
- Responsible for identifying weaknesses and risks and implementing controls.
- Systems improvements and process design.
- Ensure accurate cashflow management, regular cashflow reporting and forward forecasting.
- Providing business partnering and decision support to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring tax compliance across VAT, corporation tax, PAYE and other taxes as relevant.
- Supporting the CFO/FD in other key business matters such as the business insurances and general cost management.
Essential Background:
- Qualified accountant with a solid technical understanding of accounting principles and practices. Ideally Big 4 trained (ACA).
- Experience working in a fast-growth environment.
- Tech/SAAS experience
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable leadership and management experience.
