Your role at Signature

As a fully qualified ACA with previous Financial Controller experience, you will be responsible for enhancing the financial control environment by pro-actively identifying any control deficiencies. You will ensure compliance with audit, tax, statutory reporting and company requirements for all legal entities, managing relationships with Audit, Tax and Compliance advisors.

You will be required to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to a broad stakeholder group including the FCA and manage covenant compliance on all loan facilities.

You will lead finance project management of system and process changes, driving automation and efficiency throughout Finance and the wider business. You will also support the Finance Director and CFO in strategic initiatives.
