Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a leading manufacturer with a global presence. The company supplies cutting-edge engineering solutions across various industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical, and the emerging green-tech sector, and is on a transformational 5-year growth journey.

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in financial and operational reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of strategic goals.

Experience Required:

ACA/ACCA/AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification, or demonstrable experience in a similar role. Proven experience in multi-currency and multi-territory financial reporting. Expertise in accounting systems, consolidation of reporting, and data integrity management. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial/operational reports. Oversee ERP implementation and enhance reporting capabilities. Calculate long-term revenue accounting for the UK market. Submit quarterly management accounts for bank reporting. Coordinate and improve budgeting and forecasting processes across the group. Prepare and consolidate global sales and revenue reports. Oversee statutory reporting, including the annual financial statements audit. Manage global financial statement consolidation to UK holding companies. Liaise with external accountants and coordinate overseas audits to meet UK timetables. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to the CFO. Ensure consistent use of nominal ledgers and reporting conventions across the group. Implement system-based improvements for reporting and control. Personal Attributes:

Proven ability to establish and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: Some travel required for CFO meetings (on an ad hoc basis).
