Group Financial Controller needed in Dorset Paying £90,000 per annum ref 5261012 Full time hours on a permanent basis Key Responsibilities:

Lead the audit process and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Manage external audit, statutory consolidation, and financial reporting. Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and fixed asset accounting. Develop and maintain key financial systems (Adaptive Insights and A4K). Implement process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and relevant laws. Lead, develop, and motivate the financial accounts team. Qualifications and Skills:

Strong technical accounting experience with senior management experience. Expertise in group consolidation accounting, statutory accounts, and external audit. Knowledge of FRS102, fixed asset accounting, and defined benefit pension accounting. Experience in managing financial systems and implementing change.
