Senior FP&A Analyst , where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial narrative of our high-growth, dynamic business. What will you be doing? As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll lead the way in producing quality financial insights that drive decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and producing

monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs

to meet business and group reporting needs. Storyboarding business performance to create compelling narratives. Partnering with external stakeholders, such as investors and lenders, to build standardised reporting packs and respond to queries. Driving the

FP&A month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting processes , ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Coordinating and finalising high-quality

monthly CFO review decks

and

management information (MI) packs . Supporting the

annual budget

and

5-year plan . Identifying and delivering

process improvements

that add value. What are we looking for? We’re on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment. You’ll ideally bring: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification , with experience in a business partnering role. Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders outside Finance. Experience in high-growth software or subscription-based industries (desirable but not essential). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and enterprise systems. Knowledge of

NetSuite, Tableau, or Power BI

(desirable). Strong

analytical and reporting skills

with a focus on accuracy and quality. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, team-player mindset with a passion for process improvement and problem-solving.
