• The Group Financial Reporting Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of the Group’s consolidated financial reporting.
• Lead key reporting activities and help drive continuous improvement across financial processes.
• Provide expert technical accounting guidance.

Likely focus of the role

• Reviewing and challenge submissions from business units to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting with Group management reporting requirements.
• Leading the production of the Group’s Annual Report & Accounts (ARA), including notes, disclosures, and compliance with Companies Act and Listing Rules.

Requirements mentioned

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have proven experience in group consolidation and external reporting.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with significant IFRS experience.
