We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Head of ALS and SEND to join our thriving colleges. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our dedicated teams at Stamford College and Peterborough College to deliver exceptional support services for learners with diverse needs.

We are looking for someone who:

Proven leadership experience in a similar role within education or a relevant field. In-depth knowledge of SEND, ALS, and inclusive education practices. Strong budget management and financial acumen. Data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will:

Hold a degree or professional-level qualification in a relevant subject. Possess a Management Certificate/Diploma. Hold a full teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DET) (desirable). Have a specialist level 5 or above qualification in SpLD or similar. Be experienced in managing a diverse team and motivating staff to achieve high levels of performance. Be passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
