Job Description The key duties for the Senior FP&A Manager are as follows: Lead the FP&A team of 5, driving strategic financial planning and analysis Drive the annual budget process and monthly forecasting Experience with consolidation-resources, business centres, cost centres Budgeting Forecasting (top down and bottom up) Balance sheet forecasting Transfer pricing Managing and producing a P+L cash flow model The Successful Applicant A successful Group Head of FP&A should have: 2 years experience of leading a FP&A team of 4 people Balance sheet forecasting experience Be able to deal with managing 25+ budgets with a view for this number to double in the next 12 months Professional certification in a relevant field (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) Prior experience in a senior FP&A role Demonstrable leadership skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of financial regulations and standards Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
