Skills and requirements

• Proven experience leading quality, operational excellence, or business improvement initiatives within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience operating across multiple business units or divisions, driving alignment and consistency at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams.
• Experience within regulated or high-hazard industries such as construction, engineering, energy, nuclear, infrastructure, manufacturing, or petrochemical environments.
