Fólk recruitment has been asked to partner exclusively with a leading FMCG organisation who are looking to appoint a new Group Head of Recruitment. This is a newly created role and will work closely with the HR Director to lead on the group wide recruitment strategy, and subsequently support in the delivery of the newly created people strategy. As the Group Head of Recruitment you will be given the opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition across multiple sites in the UK, with a specific focus on the organisation becoming an Employer of Choice. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the HR Director to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals. Managing and mentoring site-based hiring managers to enhance their recruitment capabilities. Conducting in-depth evaluations of existing recruitment processes to identify strengths and areas for development. Building and nurturing talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Developing and executing initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice. Conducting a full audit of current recruitment processes and subsequently implementing appropriate changes that drive efficiencies & ensure a consistent approach to recruitment across all their UK Manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will possess: Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Strong analytical abilities to assess and refine recruitment processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term talent acquisition goals.
