Allen & York are delighted to be working with a global engineering organisation as they look to recruit a Sustainability Reporting professional to join their business and lead on ensuring non-financial regulatory reporting compliance. This is a pivotal role for the business and you will be joining an established, high performing Team of Sustainability professionals and working in the Group function.

Responsibilities: Report to the Group Sustainability Director. Ensure compliance with TCFD, SASB, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CDP, and SBTi. Develop models and scenarios around climate-related risks. Engage with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in developing and managing the annual budget related to reporting systems. Help develop the Sustainability Plan for the Group.

Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience in accounting. Experience in sustainability reporting is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Prior involvement in budget management is helpful.

The companies' Headquarters are in Gloucestershire and they operate on a hybrid basis, so you'll be expected to be in the office about two days a week and you will have two direct line reports so visibility is important.
