Brigade Electronics Group Plc is recruiting for a Group Head of Technical and Engineering to lead and inspire our technical teams, driving product innovation and ensuring our market-leading position. You will manage engineering projects, cultivate partnerships with key technology providers, and help shape the strategic future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Oversee product development from concept to market-ready solutions.
Manage engineering projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.
Foster innovation and technical excellence.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align with business goals.
Key Requirements
Significant experience in a senior technical and engineering management role.
Degree or equivalent experience in electronics or electrical engineering.
Proven experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
Track record of leading product development from concept to launch.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
