Your New Role Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead the HR function, providing operational and strategic support across the entire employee lifecycle. With coverage across a diverse workforce of over 140 people, including production and trades teams, engineers and corporate support, you will take a true business partnering approach in delivering a great employee experience that aligns with the business’ strategic direction.

You will work on a broad range of HR activities and programs including providing ER/IR advice, learning and development, resourcing and recruitment, succession planning, talent management, organisational design, cultural programs including inclusion and diversity, and HR system and process improvement.

This is a great role if you’re after a broad HR remit that will have a significant impact within an organisation experiencing strong growth and success.

About You You will bring a depth of generalist HR experience, ideally in the manufacturing or broader industrial sectors, with comfort working across both operational and strategic activities. Your broad experience, including the provision of ER/IR advice and case management, will be supported by qualifications in HR, business administration or a related field.

You will bring sound commercial acumen to effectively partner with both the business and employees, as well as highly developed communication capability to effectively facilitate and negotiate significant outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
