Group Head of IT / IT Director We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT leader to oversee and manage global IT operations, strategies, and systems across the clients organisation. The successful candidate will ensure that IT infrastructure, applications, and services meet the evolving needs of the business while driving digital transformation, innovation, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and implement a comprehensive global IT strategy aligned with business goals. Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernise systems and processes. Provide strategic leadership on emerging technologies and industry best practices, ensuring IT services and solutions support business growth and scalability. Establish IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage IT risk through robust cybersecurity strategies. Oversee the planning, deployment, maintenance, and management of all IT systems. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to optimise IT services and ensure cost-effective solutions. Develop and manage the global IT budget, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT team. Experience and qualifications include: Experienced in IT leadership roles, minimum 5 years in a similar position within a multinational organisation. Proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations across multiple regions. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management. Experience in managing cloud services, SaaS, and hybrid IT environments. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISM, or CISSP are advantageous.
