Act as a change agent for acquired businesses, implementing global best practices to maximize value. Lead and participate in Senior Management Team meetings across portfolio businesses. Oversee financial and strategic reporting activities on a weekly and quarterly basis. Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity through your Business Unit Leaders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. M&A Integration:
Serve as the integration manager for acquisitions, managing both commercial and back-office components. Identify opportunities for further acquisitions to grow the portfolio. Build and maintain external business relationships to facilitate M&A activities. Growth and Performance:

DEMONSTRATABLE PRE-REQUISITES Working within a software related field/sector(s). Multi-business and jurisdiction Management experience. Multi £Million P&L management. Autonomous and supportive in equal measures. Prior software experience, preferably as a Director or Senior operational role. Strong understanding of accounting and business principles and strategies.
