£53,653 - £58,089 per year. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Leader who believes in motivating and empowering their employees.
Reporting to the Head of Building Services, you will undertake an instrumental and pivotal role where you will be closely monitoring all financial aspects of the projects undertaken.
You will need to have significant contract management experience with sound technical knowledge. You will also need a good understanding of Health and Safety, Procurement, Planning and Programming procedures and be able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness in the construction industry.
Using your strong communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to solve problems effectively and have the drive and ambition to successfully deliver a high-quality service.
You will possess a positive 'can do' attitude and a hunger for success to work as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.
