We are looking to strengthen our finance team with an experienced Group Management Accountant to support our strategic financial operations and drive business performance across our group of companies.

What will I be doing?

The Group Management Accountant will play a critical role in the preparation of group-wide financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis.

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflows Board reporting and KPIs Ensure the accounting systems is kept fully up to date with accurate information Preparation of group statutory accounts Preparation of budgets and forecasts Liaison with auditors, internal clients and government regulatory bodies Act as an externally facing representative for Finance, on behalf of the organisation What are we looking for?

The ideal person will have a strong, proven background within management accounts with good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at various levels. You will also have: ACCA/CIMA qualified or appropriate degree Strong understanding of bank reconciliations Up to date knowledge of all current IFRS requirements Knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement within new and existing processes Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail Works well under pressure and able to work to strict deadlines Experience within the construction industry would be beneficial Our Benefits: Our company is devoted to ensuring our staff receives a comprehensive selection of rewards and perks.
