We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Management Accountant to join our Group Finance Team. This pivotal role ensures the accurate management of accounting and reporting for our Group support function on a global scale. As a Management Accountant, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to analyse and challenge performance against budgets and forecasts. You will take ownership of the monthly management accounts for both the Bath site and from a global perspective. Your responsibilities will include identifying efficiencies, ensuring a compliant control environment, and supporting the development of Group Finance through project assistance to the Assistant Group Financial Controller. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to leverage their recent post-qualification experience in a challenging and rewarding new direction.
