skilled and motivated Management Accountant

on behalf of our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Poole. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for turning financial data into actionable insights, this could be the role for you!

As Management Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the business achieves its financial goals by collaborating across departments and delivering high-quality financial reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities Monthly Management Accounts : Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports. Intercompany Reconciliation : Ensure all intercompany balances and recharges are reconciled accurately. Transactional Support : Work closely with the transactional processing team to ensure seamless operations. Audit Assistance : Support year-end audit queries and provide necessary documentation. Performance Analysis : Review and analyse data, providing insightful commentary to drive financial performance. Budget Monitoring : Track performance against budgets and identify opportunities for improvement. Cross-Department Collaboration : Build strong relationships across departments to align on financial objectives and strategies.

What We’re Looking For Accounting Experience : Previous experience in management accounting, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications : Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA). Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team Player : A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Excel Proficiency : Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
