Group Marketing Manager , focusing on developing different divisions within the Group, including an Architectural Business, Design & Project Management, Facilities Management & Car Parking. In this role, you will be responsible for Brand Awareness, driving sales, and developing opportunities to enter new markets. This is primarily an office-based role within our Head Office in Chelmsford, although travel across the UK to our other locations will be required. This role will involve developing and executing social media strategies, ensuring that the company competes effectively with competitors who are gaining attention through strong social media presence. In addition to social media, the role will focus on creating targeted marketing campaigns aimed at businesses, utilising both direct outreach and mass marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and business growth. The goal is to position the company as a market leader through strategic online and offline marketing initiatives. These can be seen below: Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop tailored marketing strategies for each division, aligned with Horizon Group goals. Maintain brand coherence across divisions, conduct market research, and identify competitive positioning. Social Media Management:

Design effective social media strategies, oversee content creation, and engage with the online community to boost brand visibility. Branding:

Ensure consistent branding, develop new brand identities, and promote brand advocacy through client testimonials and case studies. Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, track performance metrics, and collaborate with sales to drive lead generation. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and strategy teams, supporting lead generation and aligning marketing with broader business objectives. Digital Marketing:

Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, and email campaigns to enhance online visibility and engagement. Project & Budget Management:

Manage marketing projects and budgets efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and maximizing ROI. Analytics & Reporting:

Analyse marketing data, report performance to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement. Innovation & Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek ways to enhance marketing effectiveness. Customer Experience:

Leverage customer insights to improve marketing strategies and drive engagement across divisions. REQUIREMENTS Proven Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years in a marketing role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity. Relevant Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; CIM qualification is a plus. UK Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the UK market, consumer behaviour, and marketing trends. Proficiency in Tools:

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms. Stakeholder Management:

Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including agencies and partners. Adaptability:
