About This Team: Within the Digital team, the "Digital Product" function is responsible for evolving the digital guest experience by delivering new features and functionality to our European websites, as well as optimizing existing features. In addition, this role embeds within the wider Digital Product "portfolio" in region, a consistent approach to planning processes and digital product frameworks. Responsibilities: Leads EMEA Product Managers in creating strategy and prioritizing regional requirements for digital experiences. Advocates for the EMEA business and guests with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, clearly communicating their goals and requirements. Delivers new features and functionality into the regional operational teams by providing demos and training. Reports on success of new features by measuring data versus KPI’s, identifying opportunities for further refinement and optimization. A Day in the Life: Create regional product strategy for localized experiences such as sizing, payment, fulfillment. Elicit, define, and document requirements for new features and functionality on the EMEA websites. Prioritize business and guest problems, ensuring work delivered centrally creates maximum value for the EMEA region. Operationalize new features and functionality with EMEA stakeholders and partners. Manage communication of roadmap, priorities and delivery progress across the EMEA business. Lead and develop team members. Qualifications: 5+ years experience in Digital Product Management within e-commerce related spaces. Strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Understanding of Digital Product frameworks. Strong analytical approach to identify and understand trends based on data and insight. Strong understanding of e-commerce guest experience trends.
