Implementation, continuous improvement and group-wide

harmonization of group Quality methods/processes

and the enablement of the production location. This role reports to our Group Function located in Remscheid, Germany. Plan and release the

production processes

according to product function needs during series startup as well as production changes. Audit

quality processes and methods (train the trainer and 6 Sigma principles) at individual locations of the Vaillant Group.

Regular group-wide coordination of “best practice”

in (quality) processes and methods as well as lessons learned. Perform

Standard Production Quality Management

(SPQM) audits according to ISO 9001 with the aim of initiating and pursuing

structured improvement

projects independently, whilst coaching others in quality processes and methods according to SPQM at individual locations. Develop and ensure that the process

FMEA methodology

is applied consistently and correctly as to the contents and release process FMEA documents. Approve & release (validation) of the test instruction and the test results during the sample phase and ensure qualified handover to plant Quality. Ensure that the required product and process tests, derived from the FMEA and Functional Control Network (FCN), have been defined along the entirety of production. What makes us successful together

Qualifications -

A Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is essential for this role. Previous professional experience in a

quality production

role is a requirement. A high level of

technical knowledge

and confident application of the procedures / business processes, quality management systems and common
