This role is a newly created Financial Reporting Manager for a well known retail business in Leeds. They have decided to create this role to help accommodate company growth. The business is seeking a fully qualified Technical Accountant who wants to work in the fast paced, ever changing world of retail.
The Role
The responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager will include:
Statutory accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting the month end close
Working with external tax advisors
Support the month end close
Responsible for fixed asset and capex reporting
Lead internal controls and compliance
cash flow forecasting
About You:
Fully qualified ideally from a practice background
Advanced excel skills
Great attention to detail
Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
Able to work to strict deadlines
