Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a reputable business in the Sports industry to source a Group Reporting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to break into the coveted Sporting sector whilst leveraging your prior experience in managing the reporting function. Responsibilities:

Oversee the compliance process adhering to statutory requirements. Oversee financial statements production and reporting. Manage the monthly balance sheets and review process. Responsibility for the Group accounting policies, accounting system and year end close processes. Lead technical accounting advice to colleagues including technical accounting papers. Review of commercial deals and sign-off accounting treatment. Finance function of the Group’s charitable trusts. Management of two qualified Accountants. Direct Reports: Two Fully Qualified Financial Accountants. Skills/Experience Required:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Technical background with experience of leading external audits under FRS 102.
