As
Group Revenue Manager , you will: Lead and implement commercial strategies
to maximise revenue across all hotels Oversee revenue and reservations teams , ensuring strong performance and alignment Manage sales strategies , including pricing, RFP requests, and group rates Represent the Group
in
IHG commercial meetings
and
owners' meetings Analyse revenue data and optimise strategies , using STR reports and performance forecasts Train and support GMs
on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management processes Monitor and adjust pricing
across platforms (Koddi, Holiday Extras, OTAs, parking, and day-use platforms) Evaluate new technology tools
and oversee commercial procurement approvals Lead weekly revenue calls
and track market trends to identify revenue opportunities Ensure rate parity
and oversee major accommodation contracts What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience
in revenue management within the hospitality industry (multi-property experience preferred) Strong leadership skills
to manage revenue, reservations, and sales teams Excellent analytical abilities
to interpret data, monitor market trends, and make informed pricing decisions Commercial acumen , with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation Proficiency in revenue management systems
and data insight platforms (e.g., STR, Lighthouse, Demand 360, Koddi) A proactive and solution-driven approach
to thrive in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills
with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Flexibility to travel across properties , including occasional overnight and weekend work Apply Now!
