Our client, an award-winning financial solutions company, offers a wide range of professional and financial services to individuals and companies.

Within their Group is the 'Group Risk & Healthcare' division that helps employers and employees make the most of their Company Benefits which include 'Life Insurance', 'Private Health Insurance', 'Critical Illness Insurance', and 'Dental Insurance'. The role is to join the Group Risk and Healthcare team that looks after the benefits of the group's EB's clients.

To fulfill this Group Risk & Healthcare Consultant role, you'll already have experience in this commercially focused position OR be a Senior Administrator within a Healthcare Insurance product provider (life, critical illness, private health, dental), and therefore be very familiar with the above products and be GR1 qualified or keen to undertake this as part of your career goals.

Responsibilities:

Market review exercises for 'Group Risk and Healthcare' policies: Liaise with clients to gather relevant information around requirements, scheme updates, new members. Request terms from market & existing providers and upload to bespoke database. Analyse the market feedback. Produce regular Excel reports and make recommendations to clients - face to face or over the phone. Instruct insurers to proceed - including relevant completion of forms etc.

Support clients with queries on their schemes or potential schemes: Liaise with employers and scheme members and resolve queries efficiently. Keep updated on hot topics in the Group Risk & Healthcare sector. Liaise with providers to ensure we have the most relevant information on their overall proposition. Communicate with existing and former clients, providers, and advisers via e-mail, letter, and phone. Obtain, check and issue invoices (PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plan & Dental).

Process annual accounts for scheme renewals: Check and issue accounts statements to employers for payment.
