Connells Group Sales Training & Development Team , covering the South West region, ideally based around Bristol. About the Role: This position involves delivering a variety of sales training and development programmes for negotiators, listers, and managers across Connells, Sequence, and Countrywide. You will provide business-focused sales courses, helping our teams achieve their full potential. Prior training experience isn’t required – just your passion for developing others. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging sales training sessions, including induction programmes for new starters and ongoing skills development. Work closely with Training & Development colleagues, as well as business teams, to deliver training solutions that drive improved performance across the business. Working with the stakeholders in the business to identify performance gaps. As appropriate, provide training or coaching solutions to address these performance gaps. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes. Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials, including workbooks and learning programmes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective. Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, providing insights to improve content and delivery. Stay current with industry trends and regulations, ensuring they are integrated into training programmes. Attend meetings with Area and Regional Directors to support the development of their teams. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within property or a related sector. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire individuals and teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
