Responsibilities

• Organise and track data that supports key metrics within the Sustainable Solutions pillar and related workstreams: Pest Chemicals, Fumigations, Hardware, and Hygiene and Wellbeing Consumables. • Ensure that the nominated people in each country are collecting and submitting all required data into our environmental data management systems. • Provide clear and concise reporting of all key performance indicators relative to targets. • Develop various reports for management and to support 3rd party accreditation submissions. • Partner with the procurement team to identify opportunities to enhance data reporting and reduce environmental impacts. • Ensure all required key performance metrics are being measured, managed, and reported in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ESRS, SEC, ISSB, etc.). • Support all countries to improve their 'local' data collection processes to enhance data quality and reporting (internal and external). • Champion and support the execution of the Group environment plan working in conjunction with Group colleagues, Regional Sustainability Steering groups, and Group Workstream and Functional leaders as applicable. • Provide the required environmental data and narrative to fulfil external climate-related reporting requirements including, but not limited to, Responsible Business Report, Annual Report, TCFD, DJSI, CDP, EV100, RE100. • Maintain an effective working knowledge of ESG legislation, company requirements, guidance/best practice, and the business's activities. • Maintain environmental performance tracking, reporting, and data assurance within a centralised data management platform.

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience • Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, sustainability, economics, finance, business administration, engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in environmental, sustainability, procurement, or service industry fields. • Experience with ESG reporting frameworks like Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), TCFD, ESRS, etc., and data collection platforms. • Background and understanding of voluntary environmental reporting protocols like GHG Protocol, Scope 3 Protocol.

Skills • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. • Advanced analytical skills in collecting and analysing data from multiple sources. • Strong experience in leveraging systems and processes to collect and report on data. • Excellent organisational and project management skills capable of meeting deadlines while executing on multiple priorities/initiatives. • Track record in delivering environmental improvements or other initiatives. • Innovative thinker and problem solver capable of developing new ideas to enhance environmental strategies. • Able to manage projects and use technical/problem-solving skills to approach complex projects. • Results oriented (completer-finisher) with a proven track record of driving change and performance improvement.
