Group Talent Development Partner Full time - Permanent This is a brand new role for a fantastic company. As the Talent leader, you will be instrumental in partnering with the People team and leaders at all levels of the organisation to design and implement highly effective talent strategies and programs. Key Responsibilities

Create frameworks, protocols, guides, briefing sessions and toolkits to support managers in talent assessment and in developing individual talent and capability to maximise the potential of all employees across the Group. Lead the development, pilot and rollout of various learning strategies to address specific needs such as designing and delivering a succession planning framework and creating wider talent or learning programmes across the Group. Own the process and approach for talent assessments, aligning this with talent acquisition and succession planning. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to increase awareness of internal job opportunities, build internal candidate pipelines, and increase the proportion of internal hires for vacancies. Develop a promotion framework and create pipelines for key roles. Lead the performance excellence cycle, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues in the People team for effective delivery. Develop the Early Careers strategy and manage the graduate programme, ensuring each rotation provides learning and aligns with business requirements. Establish career pipelines from Early Careers through to the Executive level across the Group. Proactively utilise networks and partnerships with organisations. Lead the equality, diversity and inclusion approach to ensure the agenda is appropriate and impactful for us to try and move the dial and enhance our working environment for individuals to thrive. Keep abreast of market trends, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and enhance performance. Engage with leaders and employees through visits to work sites and occasional international travel. Knowledge and Experience

Proven success in successfully developing and implementing talent management strategies in a complex organisational environment. Previous experience in navigating international and global matrix environments and working closely with centres of excellence and senior stakeholders. Experience of development of approaches through horizon scanning, collaboration, innovation and pragmatically shaping evolving solutions. Experience of driving diversity and inclusion across the full lifecycle. Experience with early careers development and career pipeline building. Collaboration, professional credibility, and emotional intelligence to drive change. Experience in data and analytics to bring new insight and impact. Seniority Level
