Group Tax Accountant
£50-55k plus bonus

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to partner with an international business in the recruitment of a qualified Group Tax Accountant to support the global finance team.
This is a wide-ranging role, with a focus on corporation tax compliance and reporting. The role will report to the Group Direct Tax Manager.
Key responsibilities:
UK compliance:
Supporting the preparation and submission of UK corporate tax computations in conjunction with external advisors and wider finance staff. Managing the SAO compliance process and supporting tax risk management. Group reporting:
Supporting the Year-end tax reporting process (under IFRS), liaising with global finance staff, external auditors, and preparing disclosures for Group accounts. Preparing group effective tax rate and cash tax forecasting throughout the year. UK reporting:
Managing statutory reporting tax disclosures (under UK GAAP), working with external auditors. Global compliance:
Preparing and maintaining Transfer Pricing documentation and monitoring group-wide compliance. Supporting the Groups BEPS 2.0 reporting and compliance obligations.
About you:
We're looking for an ACA / CTA qualified candidate ideally with specialist corporate tax knowledge. Experience of working with or within a finance department of a multinational company would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates should be self-starters with the ability to exercise initiative and judgement to resolve problems, plan and prioritise their own work, adapting as necessary to achieve objectives. Stakeholder management skills are key as you will be interacting with a wide range of contacts across departments and with external advisors.
