Key Responsibilities Conduct audits of food production facilities to ensure compliance with

Cranswick Manufacturing Standards , regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Identify areas for improvement by reviewing production processes, procedures, and documentation. Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures. Train staff on food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and quality assurance. Generate comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations. Stay updated on food safety regulations, industry trends, and best practices. What You’ll Bring Qualifications: Food Safety Level 4 HACCP Level 4 Lead Auditor Training (Desirable) Experience: 4+ years experience in a factory environment, with proven expertise in food safety auditing. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations. Skills & Attributes: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
