Group Training Officer

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and delivering exceptional training experiences. Develop and implement a company-wide training strategy. Identify and assess training needs across all departments. Create and deliver engaging training programs and materials. Source and manage external training providers. Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation. Conduct new employee inductions and ongoing skills assessments.

A genuine passion for developing and empowering others. A commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative approach. A background in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
