We are looking for a talented grower to join our team! The Plot is a new market garden just south of Lancaster. Set up in 2021, it supplies organic veg to local markets and hosts the FarmStart training scheme which aims to train future growers. Building on our successes from last season, we seek a grower to produce high quality veg for our new crop-share scheme, local retail, hospitality, and direct sales. The lead grower manages and coordinates everything on-site and provides day-to-day supervision and mentoring for our FarmStart trainees. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the wider strategy set out in the new 10-year community Food Strategy. To apply, please read the full information here.
