Full-time, 40-50 hours, Monday - Friday (Weekends if required)
A food production specialist seeks reliable, hardworking, and conscientious individuals to assist in the production and preparation of herbs and salads.
Duties of the successful Growing Manager will involve:
Managing production of baby leaf, wholehead & herb crops Liaising with relevant stakeholders, UK Senior team & farm managers to agree and plan production for the coming seasons Securing seeds and checking quality & timeframes align with production plans Liaising with farm managers & HR to ensure correct resource and staffing needs Challenging current production plans and identifying areas for improvement Ensuring all admin functions are completed Working towards the company's high standards in health and safety and quality

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Growing Manager: Proven professional experience growing salads or vegetables Full driving licence Computer Literacy Crop husbandry Flexibility and a drive to learn Excellent communication Horticultural or growing experience essential
