Full-time, 40-50 hours, Monday - Friday (Weekends if required)
A food production specialist seeks reliable, hardworking, and conscientious individuals to assist in the production and preparation of herbs and salads.
Duties of the Successful Growing Manager:
Manage production of baby leaf, wholehead & herb crops Liaise with relevant stakeholders, UK Senior team & farm managers to agree and plan production for the coming seasons Secure seeds, checking quality & timeframes align with production plans Liaise with farm managers & HR to ensure correct resource and staffing needs Challenge current production plans and identify areas for improvement Ensure all admin functions are completed Work towards the company's high standards in health and safety and quality The Successful Growing Manager Will Enjoy:
