Are you a data-driven expert in new customer acquisition with a proven track record in D2C eCommerce? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where you'll take the lead in driving new customer growth and acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Growth Strategy and execute campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, influencer partnerships, affiliates and other channels to drive customer acquisition. Use analytics tools, A/B testing and market insights to optimise acquisition efforts and improve CAC, ROI and LTV. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-performing assets that align with our brand. Work closely with Ecommerce and Retention Managers to align strategies. Manage and mentor a small team, encouraging innovation and development. Monitor KPIs like CAC, LTV and ROI to ensure success.
What We're Looking For: Over 5 years of dedicated experience in new customer acquisition for a D2C eCommerce business. Proven ability to drive results through performance marketing and customer acquisition campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing tools and platforms. A commercially focused mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
