Growth & Marketing Campaigns Specialist , you will play a strategic and advisory role in driving demand generation and lead nurturing efforts, ensuring leads progress through the sales funnel, directly influencing revenue across the business. As a growth-minded senior marketer, your expertise and technical capability will enable you to develop and execute innovative and comprehensive end-to-end marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and retain customers in our key strategic markets. The duties of the role will include: Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns that meet marketing objectives, including managing the development of multiple campaign briefs, marketing plans, and the annual global campaign calendar in collaboration with global marketing teams and departments. Demand Generation : Collaborate with teams to design programs that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase behavior through brand and performance marketing initiatives. Market Research : Conduct research to identify growth opportunities, understand audiences, and develop customer-focused initiatives. Digital Marketing Leadership : Oversee and leverage SEM, SEO, social media, and advertising efforts to boost brand visibility, conversion, and influence demand generation. Web & User Experience Optimisation : Improve online experiences, customer journeys, and lead generation across digital platforms with a mindset to continually experiment and improve results. Marketing Operations : Manage CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot to streamline campaigns and optimize data adoption to scale unique person-to-person experiences. Performance Analysis : Produce reports, monitor, and refine campaigns to improve ROI, using data-driven insights. You will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic objectives. Ō pūkenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Communications, and/or significant experience in these disciplines. As well as: Experience: Proven ability to develop and manage impactful end-to-end campaign strategies (5+ years). Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, or CX platforms (3+ years). Strong business analysis, reporting, and writing skills. Background in SaaS, technology, engineering, or technical product marketing (preferred). Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Ads, including GA4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
