As a growth hacker with us, you’ll take on the challenge of finding and unlocking innovative growth opportunities for our clients. About the role We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and strategic thinker who knows how to test, learn, and scale fast. As a growth hacker, you’ll create and execute smart experiments, harness data for insights, and develop creative strategies to drive growth for our clients. Your work will cut across marketing and insights, so if you love diving into multiple disciplines to find what works, this is your role. What you will do Experimentation & strategy: Design, run, and refine growth experiments to validate bold ideas Spot and prioritise the biggest opportunities for increased conversion through the customer journey Build frameworks and playbooks for scalable, sustainable growth Channel mastery: Build experiment plans across a mix of paid, organic, and earned strategies to bring in and keep users Optimise campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and beyond (GEO and TikTok SEO) Enjoy exploring and testing new platforms, tools, and industry trends Data & insights: Analyse performance and user behaviour to find actionable insights Use tools - such as GA4, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms - to track key metrics and measure impact Create dashboards and reports to communicate results and next steps effectively Creativity & problem-solving: Tackle growth bottlenecks with innovative solutions, from A/B tests to creative campaigns Develop strategies like referral programs, gamification, and viral loops to drive engagement Work with product and dev teams to optimise user experience for growth Collaboration & communication: Partner with cross-functional teams – from design to product – to align on growth goals Share your findings and strategies in a way that’s easy to understand and inspires action What we’re looking for Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, especially with a focus on experiments Strong data analysis – you’re confident with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau Hands-on skills with paid media (GoogleAds, MetaAds Manager) and organic growth tactics (SEO, content marketing) A creative thinker with a history of designing and executing unique growth experiments Familiarity with product marketing strategies and user-centric growth approaches Agile and adaptable, with a love for fast-paced, results-driven environments Thorough understanding of how to use AI tools to drive efficiency in processes Bonus points for basic technical skills (HTML, CSS, APIs) What you’ll bring Curiosity, creativity, and the drive to uncover what truly works The confidence to experiment and the discipline to learn from data A collaborative spirit, always ready to connect and share ideas A growth mindset with a focus on helping businesses scale smartly What we offer £48-£52k pro-rata (£38k-£42k after pro-rata) Vitality health insurance 4-day working week Monthly wellness points through Juno We are an equal opportunities employer.
