Where we need your help We are restructuring our performance marketing strategy to ensure it's powerful enough to drive our next phase of growth. This Growth Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help shape this evolution, optimizing key channels and identifying new opportunities to scale. While campaign management skills are a prerequisite for this role, our specific need is someone who truly understands ecommerce growth as a whole and quantifies the impact of their work by actual business performance and not campaign metrics. What you'll do Drive Customer Acquisition:

Help evolve the strategy and execution of Meta and Google campaigns to acquire new customers and drive incremental revenue growth in the UK and US markets.

Focus on Business Impact:

Prioritize business performance over channel-specific metrics, ensuring every campaign contributes to incremental commercial outcomes.

Optimize Campaigns Strategically:

Analyze and adjust performance marketing campaigns with a focus on driving efficiency and impact while understanding customer behavior and market dynamics.

Enhance the Customer Journey:

Work cross-functionally to identify and improve key touchpoints in the customer journey, tailoring experiences for the UK and US audiences.

Explore New Channels:

Identify and test new growth opportunities outside of Meta and Google, contributing to the evolution of the overall marketing strategy.

Collaborate with Creative Teams:

Provide actionable insights and feedback to designers to produce compelling, high-performing paid social creative that resonates with target audiences.

Focus on Incrementality:

Analyze campaigns to identify true incremental gains, ensuring the business invests in strategies that drive real growth.

Leverage Data to Drive Decisions:

Use advanced analytics to measure attribution, assess performance, and inform strategic marketing decisions that maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging channels, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing.

Solve Problems Proactively:

Take ownership of challenges, propose innovative solutions, and execute with speed and precision to achieve ambitious business goals.

What you'll bring Holistic Growth Strategy:

We will be asking candidates to demonstrate how they have achieved actual, incremental growth outside of marketing campaign optimisation.

Performance Marketing Expertise:

A proven track record in managing and optimizing paid social, paid search & affiliate campaigns to drive measurable growth in e-commerce.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Advanced analytical skills to assess campaign performance, attribution, and incrementality, with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.

Commercial Mindset:

A relentless focus on business outcomes, ensuring every action contributes to incremental revenue growth and aligns with overall company goals.

Ambitious and Detail-Oriented Approach:
