As a Cross-Marketing Director, you will work with Emperia’s CMO, owning day-to-day operations and product marketing strategy, focusing on cross-channel engagement with our users and enhancing customer experience, with a focus on user acquisition and lead generation, maintaining an online community around Emperia’s Creator Tools platform. The Cross-Marketing Director position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the digital 3D industry, and a passion for creating engaging content and experiences. Responsibilities | What You Will Be Doing Key Responsibilities Collaborating with our CMO on strategic marketing campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels, including content, demand gen, events, webinars, brand design and product education. Growing Emperia’s online channel following and increasing engagement around the brand and its technology, maintaining a leadership position. Market research and evaluation of additional use cases for our Creator Tools platform. Developing messaging and communicating key differentiators of our products and identifying opportunities for future growth. Social Media Establishing and growing Emperia’s presence across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and others). Growing an online community of clients, prospects and industry experts, establishing advocacy around the brand and its technology. Content Creation Create engaging and informative content for community members, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and video tutorials. Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative and Product teams to develop content that supports client engagement initiatives. Highlight community achievements, showcase user-generated content, and share industry news and trends. Community Engagement Develop and implement strategies to establish and engage the Emperia community of 3D creators across various online platforms (forums, social media, blogs, etc.). Build strong relationships with key community members, influencers, and brand advocates. Identify and nurture community influencers who can help promote our product and values. Foster a positive and supportive community atmosphere. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner across digital channels. Events and Webinars Organize and host online and offline events, such as webinars, workshops, and meetups, to engage potential and existing customers and promote knowledge sharing. Collaborate with industry experts and influencers to participate in and promote community events. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports on market sentiment, engagement levels, and feedback. Requirements ️ Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role (5+ years), preferably in a SaaS environment, working with B2B products. Start-up experience - a must. Preferred experience/knowledge of 3D design technologies. Experience in managing online communities and social media platforms. Experience with social media strategy, management and content creation. Proficiency in using community management tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, social media channels). About You Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work autonomously, but know the value of communication and discussions. Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment. Passion for 3D design, gaming, immersive virtual technology, and e-commerce. Start-up experience with a self-starter mentality. An empathetic and customer-focused approach, with a strong sense of community and cross-team collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong writing and content creation abilities. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
