We’re on the lookout for a passionate Growth Marketing Executive who will take a comprehensive approach to not just customer acquisition, but also scaling conversions, driving engagement, and boosting retention. You’ll dive deep into opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimise strategies to meet our clients’ goals head-on. Roles and Responsibilities
Optimise and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels including Google Ads, Display, YouTube, Social Media and SEO. Conduct A/B testing to craft data-driven strategies that hit key metrics and engage all customer touchpoints. Execute high-converting marketing strategies grounded in analytics. Identify growth opportunities to scale client accounts, attract new customers, and enhance retention. Spot threats and opportunity gaps that need addressing. Manage Google Ads and oversee Paid Social acquisitions to maximise reach and engagement. Skills
Google Ads management is essential. Strong data analytics skills to guide decision-making and strategy. Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in marketing campaign management and execution. Strategic thinking across Google, Social, SEO, and Email Marketing, with strong project management abilities. Why Join Us?
