We are seeking a Growth Marketing Executive whose primary goal is to support the team in achieving annual revenue targets for our direct customer channel. This role collaborates closely with the wider marketing team, new business, and external agencies and is vital to our success.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, executing, and refining data-driven growth strategies that drive new user acquisition and customer activation.

Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to identify and experiment with growth channels to deliver high-quality users cost-effectively.

Manage and monitor growth campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, email, and SEO in collaboration with the content team.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement an experimentation testing framework to improve campaign performance.

Create and maintain a growth marketing reporting framework to provide key stakeholders with access to performance metrics.

Use data and a robust reporting framework to inform and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization of experiments, website, and customer acquisition journeys.

Track and report key growth metrics using tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Pendo, and HubSpot.

Conduct website A/B testing and other performance analysis to optimize campaigns and user journeys, refining strategies based on results.

Monitor changes in the industry and evolving customer needs to inform growth initiatives and strategy adjustments.

Work closely with product and design teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Collaborate with the new business team to align messaging and improve acquisition and conversion tactics.

Conduct weekly reviews of SEO tools.

Provide daily/weekly metrics reporting.

Manage and optimize the website.

Support CRO activity.

Provide external stakeholder support (WebDev and SEO).

Maintain awareness of and comply with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.

An understanding of growth marketing tactics and strategy.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in using Google Analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Strong project management skills.

Budget management capability ensuring efficiencies in campaigns and cost per lead metrics.

Growth mindset, comfortable pushing boundaries, moving at pace, and learning from testing and experimentation.

Proficient in HubSpot CRM tools and automation, ideally.

Good understanding of conversion rate optimization and experimentation processes.

SEO and SEM knowledge.

Creative and lateral thinking.
