We are seeking a results-driven

Growth Marketer

to lead our

paid acquisition and SEO strategies

for landlord and tenant acquisition. You will manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns, improve organic visibility through SEO, and ensure robust reporting and alignment with regional growth objectives. Key Responsibilities :

Paid Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

across multiple regions.

Deliver creative briefs and collaborate with designers to produce engaging ad assets.

SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement

SEO strategies

to improve organic search rankings for targeted keywords.

Conduct

keyword research , optimize website content, and ensure on-page SEO best practices.

Collaborate with the content team to drive SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.

Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish comprehensive tracking systems (e.g., pixels, tags) for effective campaign and SEO monitoring.

Develop systems for budget and performance tracking, including weekly ROI and SEO performance reporting.

Strategic Contribution: Analyze campaign and SEO data to provide actionable insights for improving acquisition strategies.

Identify opportunities for growth and explore new acquisition channels.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers and content teams to develop optimized ad creatives and SEO assets.

KPIs :

Achieve

target cost-per-landlord acquisition .

Improve

ROI

on paid campaigns.

Increase organic traffic and search rankings for high-priority keywords.

Deliver timely, actionable performance reports for both paid and SEO efforts.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required Skills Paid Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like

Google Ads

and

Facebook Ads .

Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing frameworks.

SEO Proficiency: Hands-on experience developing and executing

SEO strategies

to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, link-building fundamentals, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Analytical and Data-Driven Thinking: Ability to analyze campaign performance, SEO data, and ROI metrics to drive decisions.

Proficiency with analytics tools like

Google Analytics , Facebook Insights, and tracking platforms.

Technical Marketing Skills: Experience in setting up tracking systems, including

pixels, tags , and UTM parameters, for campaign and SEO performance monitoring.

Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).

Creative Collaboration: Ability to develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and SEO-friendly content.

Strategic Problem Solving: Capability to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and drive innovation across paid acquisition and SEO channels.

Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator with the ability to provide actionable feedback and insights.

Comfortable presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage campaigns across multiple regions while meeting deadlines and milestones.

Experience with project management tools like

Asana , Trello, or

Monday.com .

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in

performance marketing

(Google/Facebook Ads).

1+ year of hands-on SEO experience.

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation.

Familiarity with

Google Tag Manager

for advanced tracking setup.
