We are united by our commitment to improving financial wellbeing for all. Experience & Skills we are looking for:

3-5 years in growth/performance marketing roles Professional or academic analytical/quantitative background (e.g. STEM degree) Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through creative optimisation, targeting optimisation, and channel optimisation Familiarity with tools and strategies for driving customer acquisition & retention Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours Previous experience in B2C digital businesses and/or fast-paced scale-up environments Fintech experience valued but not essential SQL preferred What you will do:

Own, manage and optimise the performance of all Workplace Loans channels Collaborate with Product, Creative, Data & Credit to design, run, analyze and optimise multiple experiments across multiple channels (in-app, email, CRM, etc.) Own analysis of all B2C Marketing activities You will do well if you:

Dependant on experience, salaries range from £60,000 - 70,000 + bonus & equity Working Policy:
